I have been using Pipe Flow Expert software for a variety of plant issues that include cooling towers, sulfuric acid production systems, and process air blowers. After further reviewing my model, all of the discrepancies in my manual calculation of NPSHa vs. the Pipe Flow Expert program result were in the mis-entry of the custom fluid physical property data.
